However, we understand that sometimes schedules change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations and rescheduling.

Cancellation Notice

Real Estate Cleaning Services: We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of any regular cleaning service.

Religious/ Education Institute Cleaning: We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of any regular cleaning service.

Post- construction Cleaning: We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of any regular cleaning service.

Window Cleaning: We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of any regular cleaning service.

Commercial Cleaning: We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of any regular cleaning service.

Residential Cleaning: We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of any regular cleaning service.

Cancellation Fees

Real Estate Cleaning Services, Religious/ Education Institute Cleaning, Post- construction Cleaning, Window Cleaning, Commercial Cleaning, Residencial Cleaning:

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee equivalent to 30% of the scheduled service fee will be charged. But if cancellation is done within the correct time frame you can either reschedule or your deposit will be refunded with less applicable fees associated with third party.

No-Show Policy

If our cleaning team arrives at your location and is unable to access the premises, this will be considered a no-show. In the event of a no-show, a fee equivalent to 100% of the scheduled service fee will be charged.

Exceptions

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible. We may, at our discretion, waive the cancellation fee.

Refunds

Any refunds due to cancellations or rescheduling will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

Changes to This Cancellation Policy

Stewandy Cleaners Inc. reserves the right to modify or update this Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about our cancellation terms.
